About Your Order
When your order arrives in our studio we take great care to make sure it is correct and that we have all the information we need from you to process the order. If we don't, we will contact you via email. This is why your email address is so important.

If you've written us a note, we'll be sure to read it.

We use PayPal to process payments.  You can use your PayPal account, if you have one, or you can pay with a credit card through PayPal.

Notes
Order Confirmation - After placing your order online you will receive an email confirming our receipt of your order. We do our best to ship your order within 24 hours.

Refunds
All of our kits are original designs by Cynthia Rutledge. Due to the nature of the product we offer, all sales are final. If you have any questions regarding our Refund Policy, please contact us. Thank you.


Shipping - USA

Kits: Kits are sent via USPS Priority Mail

Stones & Supplies: When ordered separately, Stones & Supplies are sent via USPS First Class Mail.

Note: If Stones & Supplies are ordered with kits they will be shipped with the kits via USPS Priority Mail.


Shipping - International (including Canada & Mexico)

Kits: Kits are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail.

Shipping Time: Please contact us if you'd like an estimate of the shipping time for your order.

Customs: We attach the proper US Customs Form to each International order.
Any applicable duties or fees are solely the responsibility of the customer.
